PBIS – Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support (PBIS)

Oak Avenue promotes positive character values within our community.  Our expectations are that each Oak student will adhere to these expectations throughout the school year.

Our expectations for all Oak students are that

Compassion

• sympathy for the suffering of others, often including a desire to help

Integrity

• the quality of possessing and steadfastly adhering to high moral principles or professional standards

Responsibility

• accountable to somebody for an action or for the successful carrying out of a duty
