My name is Cecilia Ballardo-Porter “Mrs. Porter”. I received my Bachelor's degree from UC Irvine and studied Psychology and Social Behavior. I started my professional career working at the Admissions and Outreach office at UC Irvine. I loved helping students pursue their educational goals so I decided to get my Master’s Degree from Azusa Pacific University to become a school counselor. I have been a counselor for 18 years but have been at Oak Ave Intermediate for 11 years. I also speak Spanish. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and my two dogs. We enjoy evening walks and traveling.
